There were no protests to the application. FINDINGS: · · Open hole completions are commonly used in many oil producing areas. There have been other open hole completions in the Sadlerochit formation in the Prudhoe Bay Field. CONCL U S I ON: The requested exception will not damage the reservoir, will not be wasteful and will add to the knowledge of completion techniques for the Prudhoe Oil Pool. Conservation Order(` No. 180 NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordered that: ARCO Alaska,Inc. is exempted from the requirements of Rule 3(f) of Conservation Order No. 145 and may complete the Prudhoe Bay Unit Well No. DS 15-5 with an open hole type of complet'ion.
