No protests to the application were filed with the Commission· FINDINGS: I · Rule 7(c) of CO 202 requires reporting of gas-oil-ratio (GOR) test results of Endicott Oil Pool wells on form 10-409 within 45 days of the test. · Periodic GOR testing is not the only source of GOR data for producing wells. 3. Well production tests are required at least once each 30 days. · Individual well production statistics are filed with the Commission monthly. These figures include oil, gas and water volumes from which a GOR may be determined and reported. Conservation Order No. 272 March 7, 1991 Page 2 CONCLUSIONS: I · The data submittal required by Rule 7(c) of CO 202 may be considered supplemental to the data provided by the monthly production reports. e Elimination of the requirement of reporting periodic GOR test results of producing wells in the Endicott Oil Pool of the Endicott Field will not promote waste nor jeopardize correlative rights. NOW, THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED THAT: Rule 7(c) of Conservation Order No. 202 is hereby repealed. DONE at Anchorage, Alaska and dated March 7, 1991· Da;cid~--~.
