No protests were filed with the Commission. FINDINGS: 1. , Consolidation of reservoir surveillance reports required by Conservation Orders 165, 186, 195 and 208 for the Prudhoe Oil Pool will save time, effort and prevent duplication. Consolidation will not affect the quality nor diminish the purpose of the surveillance reports. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT Conservation Order 208, Rule 7, be amended to read as follows: Rule 7. Rule 10(a) of Conservation Order No. 165 is repealed and reenacted to read: The operators shall conduct an evaluation program to determine the injected water movement monitoring capability of various cased hole logs. A discussion of progress made in cased hole evaluation techniques shall be included as part of the annual waterflood surveillance report submitted to the Commission by the first of September [August] each year. ARCO Alaska, Inc. and Standard Alaska Production Company by letter dated November 24, 1986 and December 8, 1986, have re- quested changes to Conservation Orders 186 and 208. These changes deal with the reporting, surveillance requirements and expected recovery of Prudhoe Oil Pool injection projects. A person who may be harmed if the requested order is issued may file a written protest with the Alaska Oil and Gas Conserva- tion Commission, 3001 Porcupine Drive, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 and request a hearing on the matter. If the protest is filed timely and raises a substantial and material issue crucial to the Commission's determination, a hearing on the matter Will be held at the above address at 11:00 AM on January 19, 1987 in confor- mance with 20 AAC 25.540.
