No protests were filed with the Commission. FINDINGS: 1. · , · The wellbore' of Lisburne Well LI-1 exhibits a severe dogleg between 9000' MD and 9500' MD. Production tools have already been lost in the wellbore as a result of wireline work below the dogleg. Further wireline work to satisfy the Rule 10(a) requirement for a static bottomhole pressure survey prior to production could result in loss of equipment which may possibly force premature abandonment of a producing oil well. Pressure data is not necessary from the well LI-1 for determining average reservoir pressure. Pressures from surrounding wells will be sufficient to adequately monitor Lisburne Oil Pool pressure in the area. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT the bottomhole pressure survey requirement of Consevation Order No. 207, Rule 10(a), is hereby waived for Lisburne Well LI-1.
