There were no protests filed with the Commission. FINDINGS: 1. MPU well C-5A is averaging less than 200 BOPD. · Conoco Inc. has been granted approval from Alaska Department of Natural Resources to shut in all of its MPU wells due to low oil productivity and Iow oil price. · Pending approval from unit partners, all production from the MPU will be shut in indefinitely. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT the production profile for the MPU well C-5A required by Conservation Order 173, Rule 9(a), is hereby waived. By letter of November 24, 1986, Conoco Inc. has requested an exemption from rule 9a of Conservation Order 173 for MPU well C-5A. Due to the low flow rate, a production profile is not expected to yield useful information. A person who may be harmed if the requested order is issued may file a written protest with the Alaska Oil and Gas Conserva- tion Commission, 3001 Porcupine Drive, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 and request a hearing on the matter. If the protest is filed timely and raises a substantial and material issue crucial to the Commission's determination, a hearing on the matter will be held at the above address at 9:00 AM on January 12, 1987 in confor- mance with 20 AAC 25.540. If a hearing is to be held, interested parties may confirm this by calling the Commission's office, (907) 279-1433, after December 29, 1986.
