Y-32L1 will be a multi-lateral drilled into upper Zone 4 to capture bypassed reserves. Y-32L1 will be completed with an uncemented slotted and solid liner that will permit continued production from the existing perfs below the sidetrack KOP. This sidetrack will be conducted in two phases. Phase 1: Liquid pack IA, Kill well, Set whipstock, Mill window: Planned for Oct. 2-4, 2000. · A dummy whipstock drift will be run. · The Inner Annulus will be liquid packed and the well killed with seawater. · E-Line will set the whipstock at approx. 12,490'. · Service coil will mill the window. Phase 2: Drill and Complete sidetrack: Planned for Oct. 9, 2000. Drilling coil will be used to drill and complete the directional hole as per attached plan. The lateral will be completed with an uncemented solid and slotted liner. Production from the existing perforations will flow past the whipstock and the uncemented 2 7/8" liner top. Top of 2 7/8" to be approx. 12,460' MD (8860'ss). Mud Program: F~ECEIVED · Phase 1: Seawater · Phase 2: Seawater and FIo-Pro (8.6- 8.7 ppg) SEP 1 ?-- 2000 Disposal: AJaska 0ii & Gas C0~s. C0~l[~ti~ · No annular injection on this well. A~Cl10Fa[~E~ · All drilling and completion fluids and all other Class II wastes will go to Grind & Inject. ~ · All Class I wastes will go to Pad 3 for disposal. Casing Program: · 2 7/8", 6.16#, L-80, ST-L uncemented slotted and solid liner will be run from TD to approx. 12,460' MD. Well Control: · BOP diagram is attached. · Pipe rams, blind rams and the CT pack off will be pressure tested to 400 psi and to 4000 psi. · The annular preventer will be tested to 400 psi and 2000 psi. Directional · See attached directional plan · Magnetic and inclination surveys will be taken every 30 ft. No gyro will be run. Logging · An MWD Gamma Ray Icg will be run over all of the open hole section. · A real time Resistivity Icg will be run while drilling. Hazards H2S was measured at 10 ppm on July 10, 2000. Three faults with lost circulation potential will be crossed. Res. pressure is normal. Reservoir Pressure Res. press, is estimated to be 3300 psi at 8800ss. (3) Baker Hughes INTEQ runs 1-3 utilized directional and gamma ray services to drill formation from 12497 to 13843 feet MD (8880 to 8869 feet SSTVD) in 3 3/4" hole. (4) All gamma ray and resistivity data shown here were logged after drilling while pumping out of hole on coil tubing at a speed of 180 ft/hr on run 4. 180 ft/hr on run 4. (5) The interval from 13843~ MD (8869~ SSTVD) to 13819' MD (8876' SSTVD) was not logged due to sensor to bit offset. (6) High natural gamma ray at 12489.3 ft MD (8876.2 ft SSTVD) caused by radiation tag in whipstock. (7) The data presented here is final. The data has been not depth shifted to a PDC (Primary Depth Control). As per BPX insructions, the MWD Gamma Ray is the PDC for this borehole. (8) A Magnetic Declination correction of 26.60 degrees has been applied to the Directional Surveys.
