Amerada Hess Northstar #1 Union Hammerhead #1 Union Hammerhead #2 core chips (four) ditch cuttings (four) ditch cuttings (eight) Soluable organic matter was extracted from these samples and analyzed via gas chromatography (chromatograms attached). Unfortunately, our analysis revealed that ditch samples from the Hammerhead #1 and #2 wells did not contain detectable quantities. of crude oil. No additi0!1al analysis is planned. Extracts of the Northstar #1 cores appear severely degraded and were also. not suitable for further study. Again, thank you for your cooperation and patience.
