Request: Approval is requested for the P&A of Prudhoe Bay well K-19AL1 to sidetrack and complete K-19B. MIT-IA Fails- LLR 3BPM at 1600psi (Leak @-5630'MD) MIT-OA Passed to 2000psi (6/23/2015) PPPOT-T Passed to 5000 psi (6/20/2015) PPPOT-IC Passed to 3500 psi (6/20/2015) Well History: Well K-19A was drilled in September 1998 as a horizontal rig sidetrack targeting the lower lvishak Zone 1 mouth bar sands in southern K Pad GD. By March of 1999 the GOR had climbed to MGOR - and K-19A went on intermittent production. The gas mechanism appeared to be high perm sands in the toe of the well. A CIBP was set to isolate the toe. A CTD lateral was added to the rate stream in 2003. In 2009 a cretaceous leak was found and evaluated to be at 5630'MD and the well was shut in. . The best use for this wellbore is a sidetrack to a new location. ,.. AZ) /O, r3 ice' Prior to rig operations the lower perforations and slotted liner will be plugged and abandoned per AOGCC regulations. A lateral cement plug will be placed in the wellbore above the production packer from -5,100' to 8,150'MD. The cement plug will be tested after the cement sets up and TOC will be confirmed with E-line. Afterwards the wellbore will be tested and the OA will be tested in attempt to understand if the shoe is open as it currently passes pressure tests to 2000psi. During rig operations, the tubing will be pulled and the 7" casing will be cut above the surface casing shoe and pulled out of the hole. An EZSV will be set above the casing stub and a pressure test will be performed. A whipstock will be set at approximately 3500' and the 9-5/8" casing will be milled to provide a window for drilling operations. The planned sidetrack will utilize an ultra-slim hole design by drilling 8.5" hole to the top of the Sag River and replacing the current 7" casing. From the 7" casing point, a 6-1/8 " pilot hole will be drilled to BSAD. Upon drilling the pilot hole, fluid samples will be retrieved to determine the NLOC (Net Light Oil Column). Based on sampling results the well will be drilled to TD in Zone 1, maximizing footage within pay. The 6-1/8" hole will be cased and cemented with 4-1/2" production liner. Those wells that are not re-drilled immediately are identified every 6 months and assigned a current status of"Suspended." Step Task Responsible 1 The initial reviewer will check to ensure that the "Plug for Redrill" box in the Patricia or Steve / upper left corner of Form 10-403 is checked. If the "Abandon" or "Suspend" boxes are also checked, cross out that erroneous entry and initial it on both copies of the Form 10-403 (AOGCC's and operator's copies). 2 If the "Abandon" box is checked in Box 15 (Well Status after proposed Patricia or Steve work) the initial reviewer will cross out that erroneous entry and initial it on both copies of the Form 10-403 (AOGCC's and operator's copies). Instead, then check the "Suspended" box and initial that change. Guy or Victoria The drilling engineers will serve as quality control for steps 1 and 2. (QC) 3 When the Stat Tech receives a Form 10-403 with a check in the "Plug for Jenni Redrill" box, she will enter the Typ_Work code "IPBRD" into the History tab for the well in RBDMS. This code automatically generates a comment in the well history that states"Intent: Plug for Redrill." 4 When the Stat Tech receives any Form 10-407, she will check the History tab Jenni in RBDMS for the "Intent: Plug for Redrill" code (IPBRD). If present and there is no evidence that a subsequent re-drill has been COMPLETED, the Stat Tech will assign a status of SUSPENDED to the well bore in RBDMS no matter what status is listed on the 10-407. The Stat Tech will also change the status on the 10-407 form to SUSPENDED, and date and initial this change. If the Stat Tech does not see the "Intent: Plug for Redrill" comment or code, she will enter the status listed on the Form 10-407 into RBDMS. 5 When the Form 10-407 for the redrill is received, the Stat Tech will change Jenni the original well's status from SUSPENDED to ABANDONED. 6 The first week of every January and July, the Stat Tech and one of the Jenni Geologists will check the "Well by Type Work Outstanding" user query in Patricia or Steve RBDMS to ensure that all of the Plug for Redrill wells have been handled properly. At this same time, they will also review the list of suspended wells for accuracy. ) ) Image Project Well History File Cover Page XHVZE This page identifies those items that were not scanned during the initial production scanning phase. Multiple completion is defined as a well producing from more than one pool with production from each pool completely segregated. Each segregated pool is a completion. ITEM 4b: TPI (Top of Producing Interval). ITEM 8: The Kelly Bushing elevation in feet above mean low low water. Use same as reference for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments. ITEM 13: The API number reported to AOGCC must be 14 digits (ex: 50-029-20123-00-00). ITEM 20: True vertical thickness. ITEM 22: Attached supplemental records for this well should show the details of any multiple stage cementing and the location of the cementing tool. ITEM 23: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple completion), so state in item 1, and in item 23 show the producing intervals for only the interval reported in item 26. (Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data pertinent to such interval).
