A segment of the well passes through ADL 0047468. Normally, a Spacing Exception to 20 AAC 25.055(a)(1) would be required. In this case, the Sak River #1A does not intend to produce that section of the well bore within 500' of the property boundary of ADL 0390429, ADL 0390432, and ADL 0047468, if oil bearing reservoirs were encountered within that well segment. BRPC has a Designation of Operator for all three leases. Should BRPC wish to produce from strata within 500' of the leases identified, a Spacing Exception to 20 AAC 25.055(a)(1) will be required. The Well is proposed as a Kuparuk formation test. The proposed locations, depths, and objectives for the Well are as follows: (a) The surface and bottomhole location of the Well is: Surface hole location: 1,626' FEL, 1,949' FNL, Sec. 1, T12N, R12E, UM Bottom hole location: 2,144' FEL, 2,303' FNL, Sec. 36, T 13N, R12E, UM (b) The objective depth and formation to which the Well is to be Drilled is: Objective depth and formation: Kuparuk (top at approx. 8,900'SSTVD, 11,974' MD) Projected Total Depth: 9,000' SSTVD The Well will penetrate a portion of ADL-47468, however, the objective depth formation is anticipated to only be encountered on ADL-390431. BRPC is the designated operator of the leases on behalf of AVCG, LLC, TG World Energy, Inc. Ramshorn Investments, Inc., the working interest owners of ADL-390431, and ExxonMobil Oil Corporation and Chevron U.S.A. Inc., the working interest owners of ADL-47468. The names and addresses of all owners, landowners, and operators of all properties within 1,000 feet of the Well are set forth in the attached Exhibit 1. The map attached as Exhibit 2 shows the proposed location and wellbore path of the Well, and all other completed and drilling wells on the property and adjoining properties. On December 31, 2008 pursuant to 20 AAC 25.055, BRPC sent a copy of said notice by certified mail to the last known address of owners, landowners, and operators of all properties within 1,000 of the proposed Sak River #lA Well.
