The Well is proposed as a deviated pilot hole penetrating through the Ivishak formation and then, if successful, plugging back and drilling a Sag River formation horizontal well. The proposed locations, depths, and objectives for the Well are as follows: (a) The surface and bottomhole locations of the Well are: Surface hole location: 533' FEL, 1,868' FSL, Sec. 12, T12N, R12E, UM Pilot BH location: 431' FEL, 489' FNL, Sec. 12, T12N, R12E, UM Horizontal TD location: 1,985' FWL, 640' FSL, Sec. 1, T12N, R12E, UM (b) The objective depths and formations to which the Well is to be drilled are: Objective depths and formations: Sag River (top at approx. 10,150' SSTVD) Ivishak (top at approx. 10,310'SSTVD) Pilot Hole projected TD: 11,394' MD (10,420' SSTVD) Sag River Horizontal TD: 14,440' MD The Well will penetrate a portion of ADL-47468, however, the objective depths and formations are anticipated to only be encountered on ADL-390429. BRPC is the designated operator of both leases on behalf of AVCG, LLC, TG World Energy, Inc. Ramshorn Investments, Inc., Bow Valley Alaska Corporation, the working interest owners of ADL-390429, and ExxonMobil Oil Corporation and Chevron U.S.A. Inc., the working interest owners of ADL-47468. The names and addresses of all owners, landowners, and operators of all properties within 1,000 feet of the Well are set forth in the attached Exhibit 1. The map attached as Exhibit 2 shows the proposed location and wellbore path of the Well, and all other completed and drilling wells on the property and adjoining properties. I am the Vice President of Land and External Affairs for the well operator, Brooks Range Petroleum Corporation ("BRPC"). 3. I am acquainted with the facts associated with the drilling of the proposed North Shore #3 Well. 4. I have reviewed the application submitted for the exception to 20 AAC 25.055. To the best of my knowledge and belief all facts therein are true and accurate. 5. I have reviewed the plat attached as Exhibit 2 and it correctly portrays pertinent and required data. 6. Pursuant to 20 AAC 25.055, BRPC, the well operator, prepared a Notice of Request for Exception to the Provision of 20 AAC 25.055. A copy of this notice is attached hereto. 7. On November 24, 200$ pursuant to 20 AAC 25.055, BRPC sent a copy of said notice by certified mail to the last known address of owners, landowners, and operators of all properties within 1,000 of the proposed North Shore #3 Well.
