WELL HISTORY: G -14B was CTD sidetracked to its current location in July -2009. The well hit MGOR within 2 weeks of POP. A CIBP was set to isolate 90% of the flow. Additionally adperfs were shot uphole. The well's production profile didn't change much, and the well has been a cycle producer, with less than stellar performance since. All wellwork options have been pursued on this well. PROPOSED PLAN: Sidetrack G -14B to the G -14C location using Nordic 2 Coiled Tubing Drilling rig on or around April 15th, 2013. The G -14C sidetrack will exit the existing 3- 3/16" liner and kick off in Zone 3 and land in Zone 1 B /2A. This sidetrack will be completed with a 2 -3/8" L -80 liner in the production interval and cemented in place. This Sundry covers plugging the existing G -14B perforations via a packer whipstock that will be set pre -rig and a liner top packer set post rig (alternate plug placement per 20 AAC 25.112(i)). The following describes the work planned and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10 -403. A schematic diagram of the proposed sidetrack is attached for reference. p 7 4,4 krell A45 Ac vet een 4k O 5'GfI`4 ✓' /1°4° G►'vs r v „% ploi/Vi s 1 - rk, , rc N 11% r 70 /ectike* I`c'i /PCOr fl f fide 7r4 'q 74e CN 1464/ Pro be 1°F 7 e y • • Required Permit? When a Form 10 -403 is submitted requesting approval to plug a well for redrill, the initial reviewer (Art f or Steve D.) will check to make sure that the "Plug for Redrill" box in the upper left corner of the 403 form is checked. If the "Abandon" box is checked, we will cross that erroneous entry out and initial it on both copies of the Form 10 -403 (AOGCC's and operator's copies). 2. On the Form 10 -403 if "Abandon" is checked in Box 15 (Well Status after proposed work), Art or Steve D. will cross that erroneous entry out and initial it on both copies of the Form 10 -403 (AOGCC's and operator's copies). Instead, we will check the "Suspended" box. Guy and Winton will serve as quality control for steps 1 and 2. 3. When Steve McMains receives the Form 10 -403 with a check in the "Plug for Redrill" box, he will enter the existing code "IBPRD" into RBDMS. This code automatically generates a comment under the History tab stating "Intent: Plug for Redrill." 4. When Steve McMains receives any Form 10 -407, he will check the History tab in RBDMS for this comment. If he sees the "Intent: Plug for Redrill" code, and cannot find any evidence that a subsequent re -drill has been COMPLETED, he will assign a status of SUSPENDED to the well bore in RBDMS, no matter what status is listed on the 10 -407. Steve will also change the status on the 10 -407 form to SUSPENDED, and will date and initial his change. If Steve does not see the "Intent: Plug for Redrill" comment or code, he will enter the status listed on the Form 10 -407 into RBDMS. 5. When the Form 10 -407 for the redrill is received, Steve M. will change the original well's status from suspended to abandoned. 6. The first week of every January and July, Steve M. and Steve D. will check the "Well by Type Work Outstanding" user query in RBDMS to ensure that all of the Plug for Redrill wells have been handled properly. At this same time, Steve M. and Steve D. will also review the list of suspended wells for accuracy. The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10 -404, Report of Sundry Operations. (6) Tools ran in the string included casing collar Locator, an Electrical Disconnect and Circulating Sub, a Drilling Performance sub (Inner and outer Downhole Pressure, vibration and Downhole weight on Bit), a Directional and Gamma Sub, and a Hydraulic orienting Sub with a Near Bit Inclination Sensor. (7) Data presented here is final and has been depth adjusted to a Primary Depth control (PDC) log provided by Schlumberger GR CNL dated 24 7u1 2009 per Roger Sels with BP Exploration (Alaska), Inc. (8) The sidetrack was drilled from G-14A through a milled window in a 7 inch liner. Top of window 9050.0 ft.MD (8492.1 ft.TVDSS) Bottom of window 9056.5 ft.MD (8498.0 ft.TVDSS) (9) Tied into G-14A at 9000 feet MD (8447.1 feet TVDSS).
