Well G -08A was sidetracked in March 2007 as a CTD sidetrack. The well reached marginal GOR within 3 months. The well was placed on a 14 , day on / 21 day off cycle and showed good recharge until August 2009. Additional perforations were added in May 2009 and the well came on strong for two months then gas rates climbed back up to pre add -perf levels. Six months of being shut in showed no recharge. The proposed plan for G -08B is to sidetrack out of the G -08A 3- 3/16" liner with the Nordic 1 Coiled Tubing Drilling rig on or around Sept. 01, 2010. The existing perforations will be isolated by the packer whipstock set , at 11,830' and the primary cement job after drilling and running liner. The sidetrack will exit the 3- 3/16" liner and drill a 3" hole in the Ivishak Zone 2A. CTD Sidetrack Summary Pre -Rig Work: (scheduled to begin July 15, 2010). 1. S Dummy WS drift to 12,200'. 2. Anti - Collision • G -17A: G -08B will pass within 1,169' of G -17A at 11,910' MD.- Hazards • One small throw fault crossings expected in the horizontal near 12,750'md, 15 -20' DTW. • The maximum recorded H2S level on G -Pad was 40 ppm on well G -10C. G -pad is not considered an H2S pad. • Lost circulation risk is considered normal for this well. Reservoir Pressure • The reservoir pressure on G -08B is expected to be 3,227 psi at 8,800' TVDSS. (7.05 ppg equivalent) • Max. expected surface pressure with gas (0.10 psi /ft) to surface is 2,347 psi.
