Due to geologic uncertainty in the Nuiqsut sands, operations to drill (ODSN-18L1, PTD#210- 143) have been cancelled. ODSN-18 will be completed as a conventional 4-1/2" production liner . hung off in the 7" production casing. A 4-1/2"fracture stimulation upper completion will be stabbed into the liner top. Plan forward as outlined below will be to run the 4-1/2" lower completion with pre perforated pups and a 4-1/2"fracture stimulation work string. ODSN-18 will be produced vi4 gas lift until the ensuing fracture stimulation program can be executed. After the frac job the well will be produced through flow back equipment until an ESP is installed. A Sundry application to install • an ESP will be submitted at that time. . Current Well Condition: • 6-1/8" ODSN-18 TD at 16,689' MD. • 7" shoe at 12,090' MD. Rig Activity: Run Upper and Lower Completion 1. Change one set of pipe rams to 4-1/2" and test BOPE as required. 2. RIH w/ 4-1/2" solid production liner w/ perforated pups from 150' inside the intermediate shoe to TD. 3. Set the liner hanger, release from the liner and set the liner top packer. Sting 4 %2"fracture stimulation string into the 4-1/2" liner seal bore. 8. Pressure test 7" x 4-1/g annuluj..to2200.psi - chart and hold for 30 minute pressure. . Send chart to ODE. 9. Gas lift ODSN-18 until fracture stimulation program can be executed. • Rig Activity: Fracture Stimulation 10. Fracture stimulate well 1,000,000 lbs of 16/20 Carboceramics Carbolite proppant pumped in 300,000 gallons of Schlumberger's YF125ST. The fluid volume includes a pad stage yet to be determined. The stimulation will target zones 1 and 5 of the Nuiqsut reservoir in a 10 stage treatment using dynamic diversion (Bioballs). The expected surface treating pressure at a planned pump rate of 40 barrels per minute is 6800 psi. Maximum proppant concentration is 5 ppa per gallon. The Schlumberger YF125ST is a water based guar gel system with borate crosslinker. The chemical make-up of the YF125ST includes: Seawater base—983.75 gpt Clay Stabilizer—2 gpt Polymer—6.25 gpt Surfactant—2 gpt Crosslinker—6 gpt Oxidative Breaker—0.05 ppt 11. Remove SSSV sleeve and install wireline retrievable SSSV 12. Install live gaslift valves 13. Flowback well with gaslift.
