The initial selection criterion includes an evaluation of the drilling and completion of all West Sak, Kuparuk, and Exploration wells in the proposed area. Wells will be evaluated for initial cement placement information, cement tops, and cement integrity data, including bond logs where available to verify compliance with 20 MC 25.030. Additionally, the mechanical integrity and completion style of each injection well and associated patter producers will be evaluated to ensure that all wells in each pattern have acceptable completions and sound integrity." CPAI committed to doing the same level of evaluation for injectors and offset wells for all areas they want to inject WRWAG as they did for the pilot wells and the 1E and Llwells that comprised the initial expansion of VRWAG. CPAI also stated there were additional potential injectors in the"core area"that would require rig workover of offset producers to replace packerless ESP completions or possibly install additional casing strings. We need an in depth analysis of the injectors and offset wells before we can approve converting the 1C wells to VRWAG service. Let me know when you are ready to schedule a review.
