What went as, or better than, planned:
The screws that fasten the wire to the datascan from the 8800 came loose, or were never tightened,
and lead to erratic total gas data for a couple of minutes (not while drilling).
Recommendations:
Innovations and/or cost savings:
INSITE 8, on the new Windows 7 computers, operated without error.
Difficulties experienced:
Ensure all lines/wires/cables are securely fastened.

What went as, or better than, planned:
Had numerous problems regarding the pump stroke counter data received from WITS. The counter
would malfunction, creating an extremely high false reading. This false reading caused our lag depth to
instantly jump ahead, creating large gaps in our gas data.
Recommendations:
Innovations and/or cost savings:
N/A
Difficulties experienced:
Installing our own pump stroke counters so that we're not dependant on the rigs. Proximety sensors
would greatly increase reliability while reducing the risk of injury for both personel and property.

What went as, or better than, planned:
There have been instances where IRIS has lost communication with MADI while drilling. In most cases,
this is a result of a network card power management setting.
Recommendations:
Innovations and/or cost savings:
The gas trap operated flawlessly throught the production zone, requiring very little maintenance.
Difficulties experienced:
Before beginning a well, ensure all power management settings are disabled on all computers.
