As a result, AOGCC is undertaking a review of all wells on the North Slope. No later than December 31, 2017, ExxonMobil Oil Corporation shall shut in all North Slope wells it operates which have similar construction geometry and provide to AOGCC a list of those wells. RECEIVED Nov 0 9 1017 Avenue,333 West Seventh Ancho age, Alaska 995017t2e 100 q�GCC Re: Review of well conditions and safety — Other Order 133, Docket OTH-17-041 Dear Commissioner French, ExxonMobil Alaska Production Inc. can confirm there are no wells that ExxonMobil operates within the Point Thomson Unit (PTU) that have similar construction geometry to the Prudhoe Bay Unit well DS02-03B, i.e., outer casing shoe set in the permafrost. The PTU wells have an outer casing shoe set at least 3000ft below the base of permafrost (approx. 1800ft) with the outer casing string cemented back to surface.
