The platform wi 11 be renamed "Spurr" subject to approval from the appropriate authorities. The well names have also been revised to reflect the platform name change. The API numbers will remain the same. In discussing this revision with Joan Miller of AOGC on September 20th, she advised a letter requesting approval on the changes be sent to you with a copy of said letter to be enclosed in the current month production reports. Please let us know if this will be sufficient to officially update the monthly production reports to the State. In that Notice it was indicated that Texaco U.S.A Inc. was resigning and Union Oil Company of California was appointed successor Operator effective 12: 01 am August 1, 1988. The attached designation of Operator form 1~4ll to that Letter has enclosed therewith a jJly 27, 1988 Letter Agreement fully executed by the Working Interest Owners of the North Trading Bay Ulit specifically designating Union as Sub-Operator of Platform "A".
