This material balance report covers the primary production period through the 2014 gas storage operations. The 51-5 gas storage reservoir was in active use for all of 2014 and was an important component of total gas deliverability for the Cook Inlet. There is one active well that is used for injection and production — Pretty Creek Unit #4 (aka PCU #4). Attached find monthly injection and production data for 2014. Hilcorp has performed material balance calculations on the 51-5 reservoir to provide assurance of continued reservoir confinement of the gas storage volumes. Supporting data is attached in numerical and graphical form for the convenience of the reader. As of December 31, 2014 the estimated reservoir pressure in the 51-5 was approximately 1490 psig as estimated a shut in tubing pressure taken that day. One injection and one production cycle were chosen to ensure the P over Z trend established by past production remains continuous. These data points are plotted with the historical data and they conform to the overall curve. Also note that the reservoir pressure remained constant between May and August when the gas storage was not in use, proving that the gas remains contained within the storage reservoir.
