The Alpine Oil Pool includes the Alpine Participating Area and the Nanuq Kuparuk Participating Area (PA). Attachment' illustrates the current Colville River Unit boundary, participating areas, and surface facility pad locations. A: Progress of Recovery Projects, Alpine Status Update A total of 146 development wells have been drilled in the Alpine Oil Pool to date: 133 in the Alpine zone (71 producers, 62 injectors) and eleven in the Nanuq Kuparuk zone (5 producers, 6 injectors). Two disposal wells are completed in an undefined pool in the Sadlerochit Group sediments below the Alpine Oil Pool. Reservoir management of the Alpine PA in 2016 will attempt to maximize oil rate by: (1) targeting a pattern level injection/withdrawal ratio of one, (2) managing MWAG injection to maximize recovery, (3) updating and ranking workover and peripheral development oY-p 1 tuniLieS Wr optimum ariiiing rig uiiiization, and (4) identifying well stimulation candidates. These activities are expected to partially offset existing field decline. The following is a summary of the Alpine Oil Pool status as of January 1, 2016. The 10-412 report of reservoir pressures is Attachment 3. The Alpine zone is continuously managed to maintain pattern pressures at the level required for stable production and optimum EOR performance. Thirty-one static pressure surveys were conducted on Alpine wells during the course of operations in 2015. Downhole pressure gauges are installed in twelve Alpine production wells. The gauges provide information about flood response and demonstrate reservoir pressure during shut-in events. Reservoir pressures are also estimated from the Alpine full field simulation model as well as from inflow performance analyses. Both approaches are calibrated with actual reservoir pressure measurements collected from static surveys. D: Future Development Plans Planned development for 2016 includes: • Twelve Alpine Oil Pool wells at CD5 • Additional wells at CD5 depending on rig usage optimization Nanuq Oil Pool Annual Reservoir Review ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., (CPAI) as Operator on behalf of the working interest owners of the Colville River Unit (CRU), submits this Nanuq Oil Pool Annual Reservoir Review as required for the Nanuq Oil Pool Conservation Order 562, Rules 7(fl and 10. A: Nanuq Oil Pool Reservoir Pressure Map Please see Attachment 2 for the 2015 reservoir pressure map. B: Summary and Analysis of Reservoir Pressure Surveys A downhole pressure survey was performed in CD4 -289 prior to bringing the well on, which shows expected initial reservoir pressure. This was the only pressure survey taken in the Nanuq zone in 2015. Please see Attachment 3 for the 10-412 report of reservoir pressures. C: Estimates of Reservoir Pressure Reservoir pressure is estimated to be 2,900 psi at the datum of 6,150' subsea. The CD4 -289 well was spud in mid-December 2014, and put on production at the beginning of 2015. After a pre -production period, the well was switched to water injection in May 2015. Additional development of the Nanuq Oil Pool will be dependent upon rig availability. G: Results of Safety Valve System Testing Results from safety valve system tests performed in 2015 are listed in Attachment 5. Fiord Oil Pool Annual Reservoir Review ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., (CPAI) as Operator on behalf of the working interest owners of the Colville River Unit (CRU), submits this Fiord Oil Pool Annual Reservoir Review as required for the Fiord Oil Pool Conservation Order 569, Rules 6(fl and 9. The Fiord Oil Pool includes the Fiord Nechelik Participating Area and the Fiord Kuparuk Participating Area. The Fiord Kuparuk PA currently has five wells in it (2 producers, 3 injectors). The Fiord Pool plan of development doesn't include any wells to be drilled in the 2016 - 2017 timeframe. Development plans within both Fiord zones continues to be an MWAG flood primarily via line - drive horizontal well patterns and a few slant wells in the Fiord Kuparuk. Excellent voidage replacement continues in the Fiord zones, with the current voidage replacement ratio above unity. G: Results of Safety Valve System Testing Results from safety valve system tests performed in 2015 are listed in Attachment 5. 2015 CRU Reservoir Surveillance Report 5 Qannik Oil Pool Annual Reservoir Review ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., (CPAI) as Operator on behalf of the working interest owners of the Colville River Unit (CRU), submits this Qannik Oil Pool Annual Reservoir Review as required for the Qannik Oil Pool Conservation Order 605, Rules 6(f) and 9. 1: Reservoir Voidage Balance and Cumulative Status The tables below summarize average daily injection and production rate, cumulative fluid volume, and voidage balance as of January 1, 2016. The pool's voidage replacement ratio has been significantly less than one due to injector CD2 -467 being shut-in since late 2014 as a result of mechanical issues. See Attachment 6 for a graph of the 2015 CRU allocation factors. 2015 CRU Reservoir Surveillance Report 6 5: Progress of Enhanced Recovery Projects The Qannik Oil Pool has been developed at CD2 from nine wells (6 producers and 3 injectors). The ongoing recovery scheme involves waterflood from inboard injection wells supplemented with a natural gas cap expansion drive from the east. waterflood response has been observed in the Qannik zone, and flood surveillance is ongoing as pressure maintenance and improved recovery continue. 6. Reservoir Management Summary Cumulative water injection equates to approximately 12% of the hydrocarbon pore volume of the developed portion of the reservoir. As would be expected for such an immature flood, water production remains low at roughly 12% of total liquid production. 2015 CRU Reservoir Surveillance Report 7 Attachment 1: Colville River Unit Map COLVILLE R I V E R U N I T Fiord D3 Nechelik PA Rord, 11, PA 11 =W] Qannik PA 440im PA jr anUq NanW PA ConocoPhillips Colviffe River Unit C' Current Participating Areas 2015 CRU Reservoir Surveillance Report 8 Attachment 2: Reservoir Pressures at Datum Alpine Oil Pool COLVILLE RIVER UNIT 2015 CRU Reservoir Surveillance Report MMMMI # Pressure at.
