C: Results and Analysis of Production and Injection Log Surveys, Temperature, Tracer
Surveys, Observation Well Surveys and Special Monitoring
A reservoir pressure survey map is presented in Attachment 2. The 10-412 report of reservoir
pressures is Attachment 3.
The Alpine zone is continuously managed to maintain pattern pressures at the level required for
stable production and optimum EOR performance. Thirty-seven static pressure surveys were
performed on Alpine wells in 2018. Downhole pressure gauges are installed in twenty Alpine
production wells. The gauges provide information about flood response and demonstrate
reservoir pressure during shut-in events. Reservoir pressures are also estimated from the
Alpine full field simulation model as well as from inflow performance analyses. Both approaches
are calibrated with actual reservoir pressure measurements collected from static surveys.
D: Future Development Plans
Planned development for 2019 includes:
6 Alpine Oil Pool rotary wells at CD5
1 Alpine Oil Pool rotary well at CD2
Additional wells at CD5 depending on rig usage/optimization
Nanus Oil Pool Annual Reservoir Review
ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., (CPAI) as Operator and sole working interest owner of the Colville
River Unit (CRU), submits this Nanuq Oil Pool Annual Reservoir Review as required for the
Nanuq Oil Pool Conservation Order 562, Rules 7(f) and 10.
A: Nanuq Oil Pool Reservoir Pressure Map
Please see Attachment 2 for the 2018 reservoir pressure map.
B: Summary and Analysis of Reservoir Pressure Surveys
During 2018, downhole shut-in pressures were obtained in three wells, in addition to data from
permanent downhole gauges in CD4 -290 and CD4 -292. These data were analyzed to confirm
2018 CRU Reservoir Surveillance Report
F: Progress of Plans and Tests to Expand the Productive Limits of the Pool
The Nanuq Oil Pool has been developed primarily from CD4 and includes nine wells in the Nanuq
PA (5 producers, 4 injectors).
Additional development of the Nanuq Oil Pool includes rotary drilling targets in the area between
CD4 -289 and CD4 -298, and coiled tubing drilling targets to the north of current wells. In 2018,
CTD laterals were successfully side-tracked from CD4 -211, adding production to the well. The
other targets will be further matured to compete for rig time, and planning work will be carried
out accordingly.
G: Results of Safety Valve System Testing
Results from safety valve system tests performed in 2018 are listed in Attachment 5.
Fiord Oil Pool Annual Reservoir Review
ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., (CPAI) as Operator and sole working interest owner of the Colville
River Unit (CRU), submits this Fiord Oil Pool Annual Reservoir Review as required for the Fiord
Oil Pool Conservation Order 569, Rules 6(f) and 9. The Fiord Oil Pool includes the Fiord
Nechelik Participating Area and the Fiord Kuparuk Participating Area.
A: Fiord Oil Pool Reservoir Pressure Map
Please see Attachment 2 for the 2018 reservoir pressure map.
B: Summary and Analysis of Reservoir Pressure Surveys
Please see Attachment 3 for the 10-412 report of reservoir pressures.
C: Estimates of Reservoir Pressure
Average reservoir pressure in the Fiord Oil Pool is 3,500 psi at the datum of 6,850' subsea.
D: Results and Analysis of Production and Injection Log Surveys, Temperature, Tracer
Surveys, Observation Well Surveys and Special Monitoring
Functional downhole pressure gauges are installed in two Fiord production wells. The gauges
provide information about flood response and demonstrate reservoir pressure during shut-in
events.
E: Estimates of Annual Production and Reservoir Voidage Balance
The tables below summarize average daily injection and production rates, cumulative fluid
volumes, and voidage balance as of January 1, 2019. Fiord Oil Pool allocated production was
based on 608 well tests in 2018. See Attachment 6 for a graph of the 2018 CRU allocation
factors.

2: Summary and Analysis of Reservoir Pressure Surveys
Static pressure surveys were performed in eight Qannik Oil Pool wells during 2018. Also,
measurement of pore pressure at several points in the Qannik interval were performed with the
BHA tool during the drilling of a Fiord West Kuparuk well. These pressure data are in general
agreement with predictions from the numerical reservoir model. Further calibration of the model
using all surveillance data is ongoing and will improve its utility for planning reservoir
management and development activities in the field.
3: Results and Analysis of Production and Injection Log Surveys, Temperature, Tracer
Surveys, Observation Well Surveys and Special Monitoring
None of these surveys were performed for the Qannik zone in 2018.
4: Review of Production Allocation Factors and Issues
Well test and allocation review shows a total of 213 well tests were used to allocate production
from the Qannik Oil Pool in 2018. See Attachment 6 for a graph of the 2018 CRU allocation
factors.
5: Progress of Enhanced Recovery Projects
The Qannik Oil Pool has been developed at CD2 from nine wells (6 producers and 3 injectors).
The ongoing recovery scheme involves waterflood from inboard injection wells supplemented
with a natural gas cap expansion drive from the east. Waterflood response has been observed
in the Qannik zone, and flood surveillance is ongoing as pressure maintenance and improved
recovery continue.
An updated development plan has been prepared to add laterals to existing producer and
injector wells to reduce inter -well spacing, and hence increase throughput and accelerate
