The well was perforated in the Tyonek C5 and C7 zones and came on production between 300 -400 BOPD and 40 -70 BWPD. Two significant production declines were seen in 1994 and 1999 which were both remedied with re- perforation attempts in 1996 and 2000. Problems with the pump cavity appeared in 2005. Attempts have been made to remedy the cavity with a modified standing valve which has helped return the well to production after being SI since 2010. The original pump cavity and tubing will be replaced. In addition, 4 isolation packers will be inserted in order to quantify zone by zone production and facilitate future stimulation work.
