Install S.S.S.V. and control lines. R.I.H. to packer'setting depth (+20') allowing for 3' slack off and test control lines. Pull S.S.S.V. Drop ball and pressure up tubing to 1500 to set packer. Increase pressure to 3500 to shear out sub. Test tubing and packer to 3500 ps i. Slack off 3', land tubing, and tighten lock down screws. Install B.P.V. Nipple down B.O.P. and nipple up tree. Pull B.P.V. and install test plug. Test tree to 5000 psi. Install gas injection lines and lift well down to 5000' M.D. (3950' TVD). NOTE' This allows for at least a 1000 psi underbalance assuming a minimum reservoir pressure of 2600 psi. e Be Rig up Dresser Atlas. Test lubricator to 3500 psi. Perforate zones with 2-5/8" slim kone guns with 12 gm charges, zero degree phased, 4 SPF and decentralized with magnets. Filter all fluids through a 2 micron filter. Be R.I.H. with coiled tubing while pumping diesel at minimum rate to 11,650'. Pump following acid treatment. Place well on production. Obtain good production test after well cleans up. While producing, R.I.H. with coiled tubing and 2" O.D. jet nozzel while pumping diesel. Single shots should be taken -at least every connection during the initial kick-off. 2) When the wellbore has a constant angle, single shots will be taken at intervals of less than 400 feet. 3) Gyro Surveys will be run at each casing point after the casing has been cemented. Gyro Surveys will have 100 foot stations, except in areas-where the dogleg severity exceeds 3°/100', where 25 foot stations are to used. 4) 5) Dual instruments will be run for magnetic surveys. Use radius of curvature method for calculating the wellpath. Intervals' 0-350' Straight hole. Take single shots as required. Refer to large scale (1" = 1') leg diagram. 350-550' Build angle at 3°/100' (maximum) to 6°' in a due west direction. Use a single shot gyro to build angle. 550-1000' Turn to right at 20o±· turn per 100' while holding 6° angle until a due north heading is achieved. 1000-2440' Build angle at 3°/100' (maximum) to 49° in a due north direction. This portion of the field has been designated within Shell as the "Sliver Block" area. We believe that only one other well in the field, Well No. All-O1, may be pro- ducing from the Sliver Block. If the proposed well becomes a good producer, we believe several additional new Sliver Block wells could be drilled. This would extend the northwestern boundar.y of the Shell operated portion of the field and increase ultimate recovery.
