Supervisor FROM: Jeff Jones SUBJECT: No -Flow test Petroleum Inspector Bruce Platform Granite Pt State 18742 #20 PTD 1680160 - Hilcorp Alaska LLC Granite Point Field 7/7/14: 1 traveled to Hilcorp's Bruce Platform in Cook Inlet to witness a No -Flow verification test on Granite Point State 18742 Well 20. Stuart Allison and Chester Holt were the Hilcorp representatives for the test today and we met and discussed the well condition and test procedures. The well production was bled down to 0 psi prior to my arrival. Flow from the well was lined up through an Erdco model 3461-03TO-13 flow meter with a 180 to 1800 SCFH range (serial # 991632), to an open top tank. The well flow was monitored for 3 hours and did not exceed 900 SCFH or 6.3 gallons of fluid, passing the AOGCC criteria for No -Flow status. Summary: I witnessed a successful No -Flow test on Hilcorp's Bruce Platform , Granite Point State 18742 Well 20. Commission Anchorage 02 001 A(Rev 10/79} Tuesday, April 9. 1985: I left Anchorage at 5:30 am by ERA to Kenai arriving at 6:00 am and at the Bruce Platform at 8:45 am. The Baker cement retainer was set at 8302.79 inside 7" liner at 1:15 pm with 2,000 pounds of weight let off of drill string onto the retainer. TheTe was a breakdown established at 3\ barrels a minute at 3,000 psi. There was 15 bbls of 16 ppg cement squeezed below retainer at 1/2 bbl/min rate and 2,650 psi. Annulus pressure increased while pumping cement below retainer from 1,000 psi to 2,500 psi. The retainer was unstung from and approximately 2.5 bbls. cement was spotted on top of retainer. There was 1,000 psig placed on the drill pipe and casing with pipe rams closed for 1.5 hours with no leak off. Cement was in place at 5:10 pm. Wednesday, April 106 1985: The bridge plug was set at 8313.50 feet at 9:40 am and 1,00 pounds of pressure was pumped up inside 9 5/8" and held for 10 minutes without a leak off. There were five bbls. cement layed on top of bridge plug at approximately 67 feet. In summary, I witnessed a retainer set and squeezed and a bridge plug set and tested for Amoco on Well No. 20 for a suspension. The plugs lind tests were satisfactorily performed.
