The reason for requesting deviation from. Section 2061.1 of the State of ~.~laska Administrative Code, Title II, Division 2, Chapter l~ Sub-Chapter 2 is based solely on the fact that the barge platform~ employed to drill the subject well requires a minimum of ten feet of Water to keep from grounding. Under conditions where ten feet of water would not be available, hazards to the crew and loss of property could become involved. In support of our application for an emergency exception to Section 2061.1 of the 0il and Gas Regulations, we submit the following informa'tion: 1.
