The nearest property or lease line is 2673~. Locating the well at this position is necessary because of water depths. That I have caused to be prepared an Application for a drilling site within the exception provided for in Section 2061.4 of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Rules. 3. That in support of this application, I hereby state, within my personal knowledge, that plat, the same being drawn to scale of the proposed drilling site, is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and correctly reflects pertinent and required data. 4. Your affiant further states that to the best of my knowledge there is no other lessee within a one mile radius of the well location. 5. Your affiant further states with personal knowledge that the location 1,748 feet East of the West line and 2,607 feet South of the North line of Section 8, Township 9 North, Range 12 West, Seward Meridian, is considered optimum for geological reasons and for placement of a future multi-well permanent platform.
