The Union Oil Company of California, operator of the Trading Bay Unit No. K-20 well in the Middle Kenai Gas Pool of the McArthur River Field, submitted an application dated August l, 1969, for an exception to Title ll, Alaska Administrative Code, Section 2061{c}. 2. There are no affected operators. 3. The referenced well is perforated between 8,065 feet and 8,215 feet measured depth which is within 2,850 feet at the nearest point, from the Union Oil Company of California Trading Bay Unit G-18 gas well in the same pool. 4. An emergency order permitting the referenced well to produce was granted on August 5, 1969. 5.
