The Mobil Oil Corporation submitted a petition dated February 6, 1970, requesting the referenced order. 2. A notice of public hearing was published in the Anchorage Daily News on February 10, 1970, pursuant to Title 11, Alaska Administrative Code, Section 2009, but no protest was received. AND IT FURTHER APPEARING THAT this Section 7 contains approxi- mately 596 acres. Conservation Order No. 83-B, Rule 2, does not permit completion of a well in a governmental section containing less than 600 acres. AND IT FURTHER APPEARING THAT Correlative rights will not be adversely affected by permitting subject well to be drilled and completed in this Section 7. Parties who may be aggrieved if the requested order is issued are allowed ten days from the date of this publication in which to file a protest and request for hearing.
