BP Alaska Inc. orally requested the referenced order on December 4, and submitted a petition dated December 9, 1970, requesting the referenced order. 2. A notice of public hearing was published in the Anchorage Daily News on December 5, 1970, pursuant to Title 11, Alaska Administrative Code, Section 2009, but no protest was received. AND IT FURTHER APPEARING THAT this Section 18 contains aporoximately 599 acres. Conservation Order No. 83-B, Rule 2, does not permit completion of a well in a governmental section containing less than 600 acres. AND IT FURTHER APPEARING THAT correlative rights will not be adversely affected by permitting subject well to be drilled and completed in this Section 18. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT BP Alaska Inc. be permitted to complete the Put River N-3 (23-18-11-13) in Section 18, TllN, R13E, U.M. DONE at Anchorage, Alaska, and dated December 16, 19 70.
