November 10, 1975 1. Getty Oil Company submitted the referenced application dated October 9, 1975. 2. The referenced location lies 887 feet from a property line. The referenced order requires a location to be a minimum of 1000 feet from a property line. 3. Notice of hearing on this request was published in the Anchorage Daily News on October 25, 1975 pursuant to Title 11, Alaska Administrative Code, Section 22.540, and no protest was received. FINDINGS: 1. It is necessary to place this bottom hole location less than 1000 feet from a property line so that the location is in the optimum position for the testing of the geological objective. CONCLUSION: 1. Granting the applicant's request will not result in waste or impair correlative rights of affected parties. I flJl3: Oct.¡)b~r 25, 197,~ TI -) -) t' NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING STATE OF ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES DIVISION OF OIL AND GAS Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Committee Conservation File No. 138 Re: The application of Getty Oil Company, dated October 9,1975, for an order granting an exception from the footage spacing requirements of Conservation Order No. 130 for the 2-10-13 State #1 well, to be bottomed 887 feet from the west line and 1388 feet from the south line, Section 2, T10N, R13E, U.P.M. Notice is hereby given that Getty Oil Company has requested the Oil and Gas Conservation Committee to issue an order exempting the referenced well from the 1000 foot minimum distance to a property line requirement of the referenced order. The operator states that the proposed location is best suited to correlate the subsurface geological data gained from drilling the well with geophysical information at the intersection of several survey lines. Parties who may be aggrieved if the requested order is issued are allowed 10 days from the date of this publication in which to file a protest and request for hearing. Place of filinq is 3001 Porcupine Drive, Anchorage, Alaska. If such a protest is timely filed, a hearing on the matter will be held at the above address at 9:00 AM, November 6, 1975, at which time protestants and others maybe heard.
