Notice is hereby given that the Atlantic Richfield Company has requested the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission to issue and order exempting the referenced well from the 500 foot minimum distance to a property line requirement of the referenced regula- tion. The operator states that Union Oil Company of California and Marathon Oil Company are joint owners of the adjacent lease and participants in the drilling of the well. Parties who may be agrieved if the referenced order is issued are allowed 10 days from the date of this publication in which to file a protest and a request for hearing. Place of filing is the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, 3001 Porcupine Drive, Anchorage, Alaska 99501. If such a protest is timely filed, a hearing on the matter will be held at the above address at 9:00 AM, April 17, 1979 at which time protestants and others may be heard.
