No protests to the application were received. FINDINGS: I · BPX proposes to drill Fawn Lake #1 from a surface location 2100' from the west line and 2250' from the north line of Section 25, T12N, R13E, Umiat Meridian, to the same bottom- hole location. · Offset operator/owners Exxon Corporation and ARCO Alaska, Inc have been duly notified. · An exception is necessary to achieve compliance with 20 AAC 25.055(a) (1). · 20 AAC 25.517 provides for integrating the interests of all persons owning an interest in a pool or portion of a pool before commencing regular production of oil or gas.
