No protests to the application were received. FINDINGS: The ARCO BLT No. 1 exploratory gas well spacing exception application proposed two possible surface locations. One 793 feet from the north line (FNL), 1433 feet from the west line (FWL) of Section 22, T17N, R3W, Seward Meridian and the other 790' FNL, 1123' FWL of Section 22, T17N, R3W, Seward Meridian. e Due to surface considerations ARCO proposes the actual surface location be 793' FNL, 1333' FWL of Section 22, T17N, R3W, Seward Meridian. An exception to 20 AAC 25.055(a)(2) is necessary to allow drilling of the well at the proposed location. CONCLUSIONS: · Granting a spacing exception to allow drilling of the ARCO BLT No. 1 exploratory gas well as proposed will not result in waste nor jeopardize correlative rights. 2. The revised surface location does not significantly affect the intent of ARCO's application nor the facts on which to base a decision. NOW, THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED: ARCO Alaska, Inc.'s application for an exception to 20 AAC 25.055 for the purpose of drilling the ARCO BLT No. 1 exploratory gas well is approved as proposed.
