Notice of hearing was published in the Anchorage Daily News and the Anchorage Times on December 17, 1991 pursuant to 20 ACC 25.540 and in the Alaska Administrative Journal December 23, 1991. 3. No protests to the application were received. FINDINGS: I · The Conoco Badami No. 2 well as proposed will be a straight hole drilled from a surface location 2390 feet from the north line (FNL), 2500 feet from the west line (FWL) of Section 30, T10N, R20E, Umiat Meridian. · Offset operator/owner Petrofina Delaware, Incorporated has been duly notified. e An exception to 20 AAC 25.055(a)(1) is necessary to allow drilling of the well. The exception would allow drilling the Badami No. 2 exploratory well from a surface location closer than 500 feet from the boundary of a drilling unit. The proposed location is 2390' from the north line (FNL) and 2500' from the west line (FWL) of section 30, T10N, R20E, Umiat Meridian. A person who may be harmed if the requested order is issued, may file a written protest prior to 4:00 pm January 2, 1992 with the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, 3001 Porcupine Drive, Anchorage, Alaska 99501, and request a hearing on the matter.
