No protests to the application were received· FINDINGS: I · The ARCO Till No. 1 well as proposed will be a straight hole drilled from a surface location 2375 feet from the west line (FWL), 200 feet from the south line (FSL) of Section 10, T12N, R6E, Umiat Meridian. · An exception to 20 AAC 25·055 (a)(1) is necessary to allow drilling of the well.
