The well, called Toghotthele #2, will be located approximately 6 miles west of the city of Nenana. Doyon, Limited plans to spud Toghotthele #2 approximately July 10, 2016. Toghotthele #2 will serve as a delineation well for a gas reservoir and will be drilled depending on the success of the Toghotthele #1 well. Toghotthele #2 will be drilled from the same pad as Toghotthele #1 on ADL 392386. Toghotthele #2 will be a vertical hole drilled to a TD of +/-9,000' MD to a bottom hole location that is 338'from the neighboring Doyon, Limited lease T3S R9WF. There is no intention at this time to complete or flow test Toghotthele #2. The adjoining subsurface owner is Doyon, Limited (T3S R9WF) and the surface rights are owned by Toghotthele Corporation. Toghotthele #2 will be drilled on ADL 392386 that is owned by the Department of Natural Resources (both surface and subsurface) and currently leased for oil and gas exploration by Doyon, Limited. Doyon, Limited is the only oil and gas operator currently operating in the Nenana Basin. Based on the subsurface location, Doyon, Limited requests an exemption to the spacing requirements of 20 AAC 25.055 for the drilling of Toghotthele #2. Following the evaluation of Toghotthele #2, it will either be plugged and abandoned or temporarily suspended as per AOGCC regulations. It is understood that Doyon, Limited will submit and receive an approved sundry from AOGCC prior to the initiation of the P&A or suspension operations.
