Bo·ttom of cored WORKOVER SUM~.IARY KU 14-6 AFE NUMB ER' TOTAL COST' TOTAL SPENT- 341112 $327,000 $414,495 PURPOSE- . Clean out cement plug, run liner and complete as a dual C-I, C-2 (new sand) and Beluga (new sand) gas producer. SUbD'DtRY OF 'RESULTS: The C--2 sand should produce approximately 2.5 mmcf/d into the sales system based on the DST data.. No sand fill was encountered from the prior producing C-1 sand and the Pool 6 (C-1 and C-2 sands) was not treated for'sand control. As'of Oct. 29 the short string had not been returned to production. The Beluga completion was successful in establishing new zone production at the rate of 7.8 mmcf/d. Additional reserves of 26.5 BCF are estimated to be recoverable from the Beluga in KU 14-6 if it is developed on 320 acre spacing. Minimum tOtal development of tke Beluga in t~'~n-a:i:""G~-~ Field will require nine new wells. SUbFMARY OF WORKOVER' The completion of the Beluga between 4788'-5195' required drilling out the cement plug below the casing show at 4618'. A.cement plug was set from 5310'-5404'. Centralizers were stripped off the 5" liner while attempting to run the liner in the old hole. After retrieving the liner the well was plugged back to 4721' without recovering the centralizers. After redrilling to 4919' the old hole was encountered and the redrilled hole was plugged back to 4710'. Redrilling to 5345' was completed and the liner run with the liner top at 4593' (3' below the C-1 perforations and 25' above the casing show). The cement was cleaned out of the liner 'to 5291' The liner was perforated from 4656' to 4658' and squeezed fgr isolation between the C-2 and Beluga sands. The Beluga was perforated from 5083'-5103' and 5175'-5195'. The DST of these sands produced 6.75 mmcf/d against a 1275 psi surface pressure. Additional sand at 5139'-S149' was Perforated but not tested. Beluga sands, from 4788~4808' , 4856'--4868' and 4960'-4970' were perforated. A DST of these three sands produced 3.22 mmcf/d against a 1050 psi surface pressure. The DST of the Upper Beluga interval included an excessive drawdown and 45' of sand entry occurred. Sand consolidation of these sands was not performed. The .... ~_j~.~.%~in~p37es. su~les in these two DST's were 2282.psi a~~O..O_~.., respectively The pressure gradient to the lower sands of .45~ ........ ~""~-~hi~&'~' f~r the Kenai Gas Field. The '~)ressure in the Upper Beluga sands was about 225 psi be].ow normal. Summary of Workov~. Tt~e estimated total delivery from the Beluga thru the 3-1/2" dr-ill pipe and down hole choke into the sales system is 10 mmcf/d. the rate on OCtober 27th was 7.8 mmcf/d when producing thru the 2-3/8" tubing. The C-2 sand of Pool 6 was perforated from 4630'-4650' A DST of this interval produced 3.22 mmcf/d against a 940 ps} surface pressure.. The indicated reservoir pressure in the C-2 sand, 1650 psi, is essentially the same as the C-1 reservoir pressure but 430 psi less than the original Pool 6 reservoir pressure. The calculated delivery from this interval against the Sale system pressure is 2.6 mmcf/d. An additional 15' of the C-2 sand was perforated from 4615'-4630'~ KU 14-6 was completed with 2-7/8" tubing string for C-l, production and a 2-3/8" tubing string for Beluga production. .................. ~ .............
