April 20, 1982 9.5 PPG Brine Mixed salt water to 71 PCF (9.5)i. Began to kill well down 2 7/8" tubing and vented oil and gas down flow line to tank setting. Pumped approximately 300 bbls and lost returns. .Well on vacume on both annulus and tubing. Well took 364 bbls. to fill tubing and annulus. April. 21, 1982 8.6 PPG Brine Pumped 8.5 PPG lease water down annulus. Let well flow through tubing and flow to tank setting. After 245 bbls. established circulation into pits and circulated well two complete times eith 85 PPG water. Shot well in. No pressure buildup. Broke down kill lines and found both TBG and annulus on vacume. Mixed 68 bbls. 9.5 PPG brine with 4 PPB Polymer (cmc). Pumped Polymer brine ~down TBG (found fluid level 800' down) with annulus shut in. Pumped Polymer brine down TBG past circ ports @ 10,331' to perfs and pumped 30 bbls. of Polymer away. Held pressure for 30 minutes (1000 psi on TBG). Shut well in-no pressure. Broke down kill lines - no vacume. Fluid level @ surface. Well dead. ND tree, installed casasco plug, NU BOPE. April 22, 1982 8.6 PPG Rig down 8 hrs to-rig up hydraulic lines to BOPE. Test BOPE to 5000 psi (Hydrill to 2500 pSi). Remove casasco plug and prep to pull TBG. April 23, 1982 8.6 PPG Fluid level down approx. 450 ft. in tubing and annulus. Attempted to fill hole w/8.6 ppg brine but fluid level continued to drop. When fluid level dropped the second time it dropped approx. 300 ft. Then began to flow back through tubing-RU and circulated down annulus to try and balance mud. Circulation eliminated flow problems and 'when shut in no pressure. Continued to loose fluid. Mixed 42 bbl 9..5 ppg Polymer (cmc) Pill and pumped it away through perfs. Circulated well to balance mud. Well holding fluid. Attempted to release top packer w/68,000# over str. wt~ wouldn't shear. RU GO ~ntl. RIH w/GO to 10,273 & cut TBG POH.
