The following summarizes the procedure required to prepare X-1 li for sidetracking and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. A schematic diagram of this proposed completion is attached. 1. A Mechanical Integrity Test was successfully performed with AOGCC witness on 4/28/99. 2. A Schmoo-B-Gone treatment was performed on 5/8/99. 3. A Kinley caliper was run on 5/27/99. 4. A whipstock drift run was done on 5/27/99. §. E-Line will be used to set a mechanical~whipstock in the 7" liner at approx. 9,165' MD. ~,,o~. -bke~ 6. Drilling coil will be used to pump approx 25 bbls cement to abandon the existing Sag River and Ivishak perfs. 7. Abandonment cement will be pressure tested to 2200 psi with AOGCC witness prior to milling the window with drilling coil. 8. The 2 7/8" sidetrack liner will be cemented to at least 200 ft above the window to provide additional isolation. Steps 5, setting the whipstock is scheduled for August 13, 1999. Steps 6 & 7 are scheduled to be performed by the drilling coil on August 15, 1999, pending approval of the Permit to Drill.
