Replaced the 9-5/8" packoff. Tested packoff to 5000 psi - ok. Recovered the slick stick. RIH mill and recovered the 9-5/8" Baker packer and tailpipe assembly. RIH with 6" bit and cleaned out to 9,668'. 10. RIH with 7" test packer. Tested 9-5/8" casing & 7" liner lap to 3000 psi- ok. 11. RIH w/9-5/8" and 7" casing scrapers. The drilling contractor was in the process of nippling up. The BOPE test commenced at 10:00 p.m. and was concluded at 2:10 a'm. June 20, 1982. There was one failure, the gasket on top of the check valve leaked, repaired the gasket and it tested to 5000 psi satisfactorily. I filled out the A.O.G.C.C. report which is attached.
