Tested DP x 9 5/8" annulus to 2500 psig.-Pulled out of PBR. Re-entered PBR. Retested 3!~" x 9 5/8" annulus to 2500 psig, okay. Pulled out of PBR. Observed well. POH with seal ass'embly. Rigged up wireline. RIH and retrieved X plug. Rigged down wireline. Cleaned out to TDI. Ran new 9 5/8" packer with tailpipe seal assembly. Stabbed into original packer PBR. Set new packer at 3535'. Ran 7" heating string to 2209'. Ran new seal assembly and new 4½" tubing. Stabbed into new PBR. Installed 2-way check. Nippled down BOPE. Nippled up and tested tree to 5000 psig.
