RIH w/CT & fluid packed the wellbore w/seawater, then proceeded to pump the acid wash, treating the perforations at: 10450 - 10466' MD (Z2) 10466 - 10474' MD (Z2) Ref Log: BHCS 9/27/82. Pumped 33 bbls 15% HCI w/10% Xylene, followed by 33 bbls 12% HCI - 3% HF, followed by 45 bbls 3% NH4CI. Flushed CT w/Seawater in preparation for the squeeze. Pumped 35 bbls of latex acid resistive cement, squeezing the perforations (listed above). Placed an estimated 30 bbls of cement behind pipe at 3500 psi max squeeze pressure, and held for one hour. Contaminated cement & jetted cement from wellbore to 9807' MD. POOH. RD. 1/18/92: Loaded wellbore w/crude & pressure tested the squeeze, indicating that a resqueeze was needed. 1/21/92: A CTU Cement Resqueeze for Gas Shutoff was performed as follows: MIRU CTU & PT equipment. RIH w/CT & fluid packed the wellbore w/hot 1% KCI water, then circulated rathole clean w/seawater. Pumped 50 bbls of latex acid resistive cement, resqueezing the perforations (listed above). Placed 1 bbl of cement behind pipe at 3000 psi max squeeze pressure, and held for one hour. Contaminated cement w/biozan & jetted cement from wellbore to 10603' MD. POOH. RD. Post squeeze welltests (without reperforations) indicated another resqueeze was required. 5/17/92: A CTU Cement Resqueeze for Gas Shutoff was performed as follows: MIRU CTU & PT equipment. RIH w/CT & fluid packed the wellbore with hot Seawater. Pumped 30 bbls of Micro Matrix cement, resqueezing the perforations (listed above), & placed 22 bbls of cement behind pipe at 2500 psi squeeze pressure. Hesitated the squeeze five times while increasing squeeze pressures in 500 psi increments, until attaining 2500 psi, held for one hour. Contaminated cement w/biozan & jetted cement from wellbore to 10547' MD. RD. 6/9/92: Ran Video Icg, and found a washed out single old perforation hole at 10427' MD. 7/27/92: Reperforated: 10452 - 10474' MD (Z2) Added perforations: 10474 - 10486' MD (Z2) Ref Log: BHCS 9/27/82. ARCO Alaska, Inc. proposes to perforate selected intervals within the Sadlerochit Sand from the Prudhoe Bay Unit. Upon perforating, the well will be flowed to the flow station for clean-up and production. Should additional drawdown be necessary to unload the well, it may be flowed to a tank for initial clean-up. The perforated intervals will be given in the subsequent report. All wireline work will be done through a 5000 psi WP BOP/Lubricator, tested to 1.2 times the maximum expected surface pressure. The SSSV will be installed at the conclusion of the perforating and clean-up operation. Proposed Perforation Intervals: Ref: BHCS 9/27/82 10406-10466' MD RECEIVED 14. Check and fill accumulator reservoir to proper level with hydraulic fluid. 2. Assure that accumulator pressure is 3000 psi with 1500 psi downstream of the regulator. 3. Observe time, then close all units simultane- ously and record the time and pressure remaining after all units are closed with charging pump off. 4. Record on IADC report. Fill BOP stack and manifold with a non-freezing liquid. 2. Check that all hold down screws are fully retracted. Mark running joint with predeter- mined plug seating depth. Run test plug on drill pipe and seat in wellhead. Run in lock down screws. 3. Close annular preventer and chokes and bypass valves on manifold. 4. In each of the following tests, first hold a, 250 psi low pressure test for a minimum of '3, minutes, then test at the high pressure. 5. Increase presure to 3000 psi and hold for a minimum o( 3 minutes. Bleed pressure to zero. . _ 6. Open annular preventer and close top set of pipe rams. Increase pressure to 5000 psi and hold for at least 3 minutes'. Bleed pres- sure to zero. 7. Close valves directly upstream of chokes and open chokes. Increase pressure to 5000 psi & hold for at least 3 minutes. Bleed pressure to zero° 8. Open top set of pipe rams then close bottom set of pipe rams. Increase pressure to 5000 psi below the bottom set of pipe rams and hold for at least 3 minutes° 9. Test remaining untested manifold valves (if any) with 5000 psi upstream of valve and zero pressure downstream. 10. Bleed pressure to zero. Open bottom set of pipe rams. Back off running joint and pull out of hole. Close blind rams and test to 5000 psi for at least 3 minutes. 12. Bleed pressure off all equipment. Open blind rams. Make sure manifold and lines are full of non°freezing liquid and all valves are set in drilling position. 13. Test standpipe valves to 5000 psi. 14. Test Kelly cocks and inside BOP to 5000 psi with Koomey pump. 15. Check operation of Degasser. 16, Record Itest information on blowout preventer test form.
