DS., S Well 7 ~u__~ll. Prudhoe Bay Field PTD # 82-0155 Monday, October 26, 1992: I traveled to BPX Drill Site "S" Well 7 to witness the wireline tagging of a cement plug. The wireline tag was made at 136' above the top set of perforations. I was not able to witness a press test at this time. BPX will be doing a pressure test at a later date. Lay a cement plug'from +11,194' MD to 11,040' MD (4' below the bottom perforation that has not been squeezed to at least 100' above the top perforation). 4. RU slickline unit. RIH and confirm cement top at least 100' above top perforations. Note: Tag to be witnessed by AOGCC representative. 5. RU E-line and make a tubing cut at +/-10,000' MD based on completion tubing tally. 6. Circulate well over to seawater and freeze protect well to 2000'. 7. Bleed tubing, inner annulus, and outer annulus to 0 psi. 8. Set 4" BPV and prepare Pad for RWO. 9. MIRU dg. Pull BPV. Circulate out freeze protection. Pull 3-1/2" tubing. RIH w/a 7" mechanical cutter and cut the 7" tieback casing at 9800' MD. POOH w/ 7" casing tieback. RIH with a 9-5/8" bridge plug and set at 9700' MD. Test w/ 15,000#'s of pipe weight. Squeeze 9-5/8" DV packer at 2632' MD and test to 1000 psi. A kick-off plug will be set after milling the window. The base of this kick-off cement plug will be at +/- 9630' MD (100' below the window). Test 9-5/8" casing packoff. Circulate freeze protect fluid from well. Set two-way check valve. ND tree. NU & test BOP's to 5000 psi. PU on 3-1/2" tubing. Pull and lay down tubing. RIH w/7" cutter and cut at 9800' MD. POOH and lay down 7" casing. RIH and set a 9-5/8" bridge plug at 9700' MD. RIH and squeeze the 9-5/8" casing leak at 2632' MD. Drill out and test to 1000 psi. RIH with section mill and cut 60' window in the 9-5/8" casing from 9470'-9530' MD. Set a kick-off cement plug from 9270'-9630' MD. RIH w/steerable system and kickoff through the section. POOH. RIH with 8-1/2" packed assembly and drill to TD (+ 11414' MD). Run open hole logs. Run and cement 7" 26# 13 CR / L-80 liner in the 8-1/2" hole w/+/- 150' of lap. Clean out liner to PBTD and test to 3500 psi. Displace well to seawater. Run 7-5/8" casing patch over the 9-5/8" leak at 2632' MD. Test to 3500 psi. RIH with 4-1/2" 13CR completion string w/7" packer. Space out, land completion, set packer. Test down tubing to 4000 psi. Test tubing x casing annulus to 3500 psi. Set two-way check valve. ND BOP's. NU and test 4-1/16" 5M tree to 5000 psi with diesel. Pull two way check valve. Set BPV. Release rig. Perforate well post rig. Anticipated BHP' 7.9 ppg equivalent.
