Contact the Nabors 2ES drilling supervisor for moving schedule updates. The following is the work scope that must be completed prior to Nabors 2ES MIRU: 1. Set a protective sleeve in the BaI-O nipple @ 2054' MD. , . , . Perform a full bore P & A to the well. TOC should be. to a~a~imum depth of 11828' (100' above top GLM in straddle) and a minimum depth of 11042' (proposed tubing cut). A cement volume of 17.7 bbls is recommended, which will allow a maximum of 12.5 bbls and a minimum of 0 bbls to be squeezed away without threatening the tubing cut or plug integrity. RU slick line. RIH and tag cement. AOGCC must witness this tag. Insure that the TOC is below the proposed depth for the tubing cut (11042'). POOH. Cut the 4-1/2" tubing as close to the PBR assembly as possible, preferably in the 12' pup located just above the PBR. The section will be cut from 10805-10855'; the PBR is located at 11042'. The acceptable interval for performing the cut is thus between 10955' and 11042'. Should problems arise in obtaining a tubing cut in this interval, please contact the drilling engineer ASAP, as drilling may elect to forego the cut and attempt to retreive the entire PBR assembly. Displace tubing and wellbore to 8.5 ppg seawater. Freeze protect to 2000' w/diesel. Bleed tubing and annulus pressures to zero. Set and test BPV (via annulus) to 1000 psi.. Remove the well house and flowlines. Notify the rig supervisor when the work is completed so Tool Service can complete the pad prep prior to the rig move. Please provide total well preparation cost on the handover form. Prepared by: Drilling Engineer CC: D. Nims MB 12-1 L. Parnell ATO 1564 A. Bond ATO-1538 BP Exploration (Alaska), Inc. ARCO Alaska, ]:nc. proposes to perforate selected intervals within the Sadlerochit Sand for production in this Prudhoe Bay well. Upon perforating, the well will be -flowed to the flow station for clean-up and production. Should additional drawdown be necessary to unload the well, it may be flowed to a tank for initial clean-up. Current]y, there are existing perforations in this well which are part of a straddle pack completion. These existing perforations are isolated from production by packers. At a future date, these straddled perforations will be produced at a controlled rate. This is intended to allow control of the well's producing GOR. wireline work will be done through a 5000 psi WP BOP/Lubricator, tested to working pressure. The SSSV will be installed at the conclusion of the perforating and cl ean-up operati on. ~ut)secluent '~,7or~: ~.~r~r~ . Logs will be run across selected intervals. A 13-5/8" 5000 psi RSRRA BOP stack will be installed and tested. The annular preventer will be tested to 3000 psi and rams tested to 5000 psi. The BOP equipment will be pressure tested each week and operationally tested each trip. A string of 4-1/2",12.6# L-80 tubing, packer, and necessary provisions for subsurface safety equipment will be run. A non-freezing fluid will be left in all uncemented annuli within the permafrost interval. The packer will be set above the Sadlerochit. This well will be completed as a selective single completion with gas lift mandrels between the packers. A zone between the packers will be perforated before tubing is run. Exact depths will be reported on the completion notice. A separate Sundry Notice will be submitted when the well is to be perforated. A surface diverter will -23.
