Arcticset II cement and plugged float shoe with approximately 1485 cu. ft. cement outside the casing. Drill pipe stuck while attempting to clean out cement. A fish consisting of a 12 1/4" bit, 8 drill collars, drilling jars and 8 jts. heavy weight drill pipe was left in the 13 3/8" casing from 1881' to 1473' BKB. In attempting to clean out cement in the. 13 3/8" casing, the drill pipe became stuck. A fish consisting of a bit, drill, collars, jars and HWDP was left in the casing from 1473' to 1881' BKB. Top of c~t inside 13 3/8" casing is at 1490' BI~. A 50-sack Permafrost C cement plug was laid from 1473' to 1418' B~d~. Drill 17 1/2" vertical hole to 1800', then drill directionally to 2700'. Cement 13 3/8" 72~ L-80 Buttress casing to surface. Install blowout prevention equipment consisting of 5000 psi W.P. pipe rams, blind rams, and annular preventer. Maximum possible bottomhole pressure is 4390 psi at 8800' TVDss based on original reservoir pressure. Maximum possible surface pressure is 3330 psi based on a gas column to surface from 8600' TVDss and an oil column to 8800' TVDss. Directionally drill 12 1/4" hole to +_100' TVD above the Sag River Sandstone. Run 9 5/8" 47~ L-80 Buttress casing.to within 5' of 12 1/4" TD and cement in two stages: first stage using Class G cement around the 9 5/8" shoe and a second stage using Arctic Pack followed by 130 cu. ft. permafrost cement displaced through a D.V. packer collar set 80' above the 13 3/8" shoe. Directionally drill 8 1/2" hole to T.D. Run 7" liner from T.D. to 250' inside 9 5/8" casing shoe and cement using Class G cement with 18% salt. Clean out to 7" float equipment. Change over to 9.6 ppg. NaC1 completion fluid. Test casing and lap to 3000 psi. Run CBL. Run 9 5/8" production packer on 7" x 5 1/2" tapered plastic-coated tubing with gas lift mandrels and a sliding sleeve. Set packer 50'~ above top of liner. A subsurface safety valve with dual control lines will be placed at 3000'. Install and test Xmas tree. Displace tubing to diesel. Set and test packer. Suspend well for perforation subsequent to rig release.
