The following summarizes the procedure required to prepare X-24 for sidetracking and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. A schematic diagram of this proposed completion is attached. 1. A Mechanical Integrity Test was witnesses by AOGCC on 4/28/99. 2. A Schmoo-B-Gone treatment was performed on 5/08/99. 3. A whipstock drift and Kinley caliper were run on 5/10/99. 4. E-Line will be used to set a mechanical whipstock in the 7" liner at approx. 9,190' MD. ~,~,,~xa.\,~ c~%~,,~c. ~.~.,~ ~,*,~-cx~. 5. Service coil will be used to pump approx 40 bbls cement to abandon the existing Sag River and Ivishak perfs. 6. Abandonment cement will be pressure tested to 1500 psi with AOGCC witness prior to milling the window. Step 4, setting the whipstock, is scheduled for Dec. 22, 1999. Steps 5 & 6 are scheduled to be performed by the service coil on Dec. 23-24, 1999. Window milling will be performed by the drilling coil about Jan. 1, 2000.
