PROCEDURE To prepare for the 9-31 redrill, the following actions will need to be taken prior to the rig move: 1. Notify an AOGCC representative prior to commencing plug-back operations. 2. Run in with coil tubing while circulating seawater. Lay a cement plug starting from PBTD. Squeeze down and leave the top of cement at least 100' above the top perforation but below the packer. Therefore, the top of cement should be somewhere between 8850' and 8642' MD. 3. With an AOGCC representative on location to witness the operation, run in with slickline and confirm that top of cement is at least 100' above the top perforation. 3a. If the cement is tagged more than 100' below the tubing tail, set a plug in the tubing tail to prevent future fluid swap-out when laying a kick-off plug. 4. Cut the tubing above the packer at _+8600' MD. 5. Circulate the well over to seawater and freeze protect well with diesel to 2000'MD. 6. Bleed any pressure from the tubing, inner annulus and outer annulus to zero. 7. Install a back-pressure valve. Remove the well house and flowlines. Level the pad and dig out the cellar. Prepare the pad for arrival of the rig. Item 1: Classification of Service Wells: Gas injection, water injection, steam injection, air injection, salt water disposal, water supply for injection, observation, injection for in-situ combustion. Item 5: Indicate which elevation is used as reference (where not otherwise shown) for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments. Item 16 and 24: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple completion), so state in item 16, and in item 24 show the producing intervals for only the interval reported in item 27. Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data pertinent to such interval. Item 21: Indicate whether from ground level (GL) or other elevation (DF, KB, etc.). Item 23: Attached supplemental records for this well should show the details of any multiple stage cement- ing and the location of the cementing tool. Item 27: Method of Operation: Flowing, Gas Lift, Rod Pump, Hydraulic Pump, Submersible, Water In- jection, Gas Injection, Shut-in, Other-explain. Item 28: If no cores taken, indicate "none". Describe proposed program: ARCO Alaska, Inc., proposes to directionally drill this Sadlerochit development well to 9682'MD (9166'TVD). A 20", 2000 psi annular diverter will be installed and operationally tested prior to spud. The 13-5/8", 5000 psi, RSRRA BOPE stack will be installed and tested (rams 5000 psi, annular 3000 psi) upon installation, weekly and operationally tested each trip. After reaching TD, logs will be run across selected intervals. The well will be completed using a workover rig at a later date. A tapered string of 7", 26#, L-80 and 5-1/2", 17#, L-80 tubing will be run and set above the Sadlerochit. A downhole safety valve will be installed and tested upon completion of the job. Non-freezing fluids will be left in all uncemented annuli within the permafrost interval. Selected intervals will be perforated in the Sadlerochit formation and reported on subsequent reports. Reserve pit fluids will be disposed of down the 9-5/8" x 13-3/8" annulus of this well. The 9-5/8" x 13-3/8" annulus will be left with a non-freezing fluid during any interruption in the disposal process.
