Item 1' Classification of Service Wells: Gas injection, water injection, steam injection, air injection, salt water disposal, water supply for injection, observation, injection for in-situ combustion. Item 5: Indicate which elevation is used as reference (where not otherwise shown) for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments. Item 16 and 24: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple completion), so state in item 16, and in item 24 show the producing intervals for only the interval reported in item 27. Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data pertinent to such interval. Item 21' Indicate whether from ground level (GL) or other elevation (DF, KB, etc.). Item 23: Attached supplemental records for this well should show the details of any multiple stage cement- ing and the location of the cementing tool. Test with 5000 ppm ferric ion added. Adjust the type and volumes of additives as dictated by the emulsion test results. RU slickline. Pull the SSSV and run a drift to ensure no obstruction exists in the wellbore to a depth of 10000 ft. Do not go deeper than this as there is a bad spot in the casing at 10020 ft. Ensure check valves are holding to prevent placement of acid in annulus. Gas lift valves should not be pulled and dummied off as this will be a Iow pressure job. Rig up service company for a bullhead acid job. Acidize the Sag River/Ivishak with 3000 gals (71 bbls) of 15% HCL containing 5% xylene. Maximum pressure is 2000 psi but expected treating pressure is around 500 psi. Filter all fluids that will enter the formation to 3 microns. Operator may want to use a hydrocarbon base fluid for part of the flush to prevent surface lines from freezing. Fluids to be pumped into the formation are as follows: 20 bbls seawater preflush, 71 bbls acid, and 20 bbls seawater post flush. Acid is to be pumped into the formation in stages as given below to allow for soak time. A 30 minute shutin period should exist between all stages. Objective is to have acid soaking on perforations for 5-6 hours. Periodically pumping will ensure live acid is continually placed across the perfs. Inhibitor is good for 18+ hours of exposure at 225 °F. For flush calculation purposes assume everything below a depth of 10000 ft is displaced into the perfs. We did not experience "an~ surfaCe gas during the drilling of the 17-1/2" hole on Well-U-12 and believe it unnecessary to continue the use of the 20" Hydril diverter system on Pad U.
