The following summarizes the procedure required to prepare C-35 for sidetracking and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. , 1. Perform tubing integrity test. 2. Drift tubing and liner with a 3.7" OD, 20 ft long drift. 3. Run Kinley caliper over the proposed whipstock interval to confirm liner condition. 4. Rig up CTU and drift well with dummy bent housing motor. 5. Squeeze existing perforations by laying cement from PBTD to cover all perforations. Apply squeeze pressure. Reverse out cement to whipstock depth. Underream whipstock interval to insure clean conditions for setting whipstock, ez~:z; Rig up e-line unit and set whipstock. The objective is to eliminate a cement channel extending from the current perforations up to a Tango-shale gas underrun. Post- workover perforations will be the same as before (9500-9535'MD BHCS 2/27/86). 1. Tag TD with slickline/TEL. 2. Rig up coiled tubing unit and pressure BOP's to 4000 psi. 3. Perform mud acid wash. 4. Return well to production and flow back spent mud acid. 5. Reverse out sump fluids to latest PBTD (9588'MDBKB) or top of solid fill. 6. Fluid pack the wellbore with produced water. 7. Pump cement with surfactant/mutual solvent pre-flush. 8. Perform cement squeeze on existing perforations targeting upwards channel. 9. Contaminate cement in the wellbore. 10. Reverse out contaminated cement and replace with clean produced water. 11. WOC. 12.
