Rig up CTU and drift well with dummy bent housing motor. 5. Squeeze existing perforations by laying cement from PBTD to cover all perforations. Apply squeeze pressure. Reverse out cement to whipstock depth. Underream whipstock interval to insure clean conditions for setting whipstock. 6. Rig up e-line unit and set whipstock. 7. RU CT service unit and mill window in liner. Acidized perfs 9076-9118' and 9128-9150' with 117 BBLS 15% HCL, 0.4% CI-25, 0.4% NE-41, 0.2% MS-10 and 25 ppg Ferrotrol Z-10 in two stages with 13 BBLS Divert 1 (500#) and 23 BBLS diesel with 10% Musol overflush. Kicked well off with 172,000 cubic feet of N2, recovering 681 BBLS of fluid in five hours. There were 3 failures. I filled out an AOGCC report which is attached. In summary, the BOP tests which were performed by Nabors' crew on rig 18-E were satisfactory, with the exception of the 3 failures. (See report.) They are to be repaired and tested. SAPC will call AOGCC when performed. Saturday, June 28, 1986: Clearance Ballard came to Pad F and informed me the 3 failures were repaired and tested. The drilling fluid program will consist of an 8.5-9.5 ppg spud mud in the 17-1/2" hole, a 9.0-9.7 ppg water base mud in the 12-1/4" hole and a 9.1 ppg water base mud in the 8-1/2" hole. Drill 17 1/2" hole to 2700' and cement 13 3/8" L-80 Buttress casing to surface. Install blowout prevention equipment consisting of 5000 psi w.P. pipe rams, blind rams, and annular preventer. Maximum possible bottomhole pressure is 4390 psi at 8800' TVDss based on original resevoir pressure. Maximum possible surface pressure is 3330 psi based on a gas column to surface from 8600' TVDss and an oil column to 8800' TVDss. Directionally drill 12 1/4" hole to the 9-5/8" casing point above the Sadlerochit Sandstone. Run 9 5/8" 479 L-80 mixed string of Buttress and NSCC to within 5' of 12 1/4" TD and cement in two stages: First stage using Class G cement around the 9 5/8" shoe. The second stage to be downsqueezed in the 13 3/8" x 9 5/8" annulus followed bynonfreezing fluid. Directionally drill 8 1/2" hole to TD. Run 7" liner from TD to 250' inside 9 5/8" casing shoe and cement using Class G cement. Clean out to 7" float equipment. Change over to 9.6 ppg. NaCl completion fluid. Test casing and lap to 3000 psi. Run 9 5/8" production packer on internal plastic coated tubing with gas lift mandrels and a sliding sleeve. Set packer 50' above top of liner. A subsurface safety valve with dual control lines will be placed 50' below base of permafrost. Install and test Xmas tree. Displace tubing to diesel. Set and test packer.
