The plug was being installed in preparation for a redrill of the well. The Plug and Abandonment Report is attached. The previous day, cement was circulated to the top of the perforations and squeezed with a coil tubing rig. The perforations were between 9308' - 9326'. The plug was pressure tested to 1500 PSIG for 15 minutes and tagged at 8,717 feet. This provided 591 feet of cement above the perforations. Summary: I witnessed the successful installation of a perforation plug on well PBU DS11-24. RIH w/CT & fluid packed the wellbore w/Seawater, then resqueezed the leaking squeezed perforations located above the sand plug at: 9308 - 9326' MD (Z1B) Ref Log: BHCS 7/8/86. Pumped 5 bbls of Neat Latex Acid Resistive cement, followed by 41 bbls of Latex Acid Resistive cement w/Polypropylene Fibers, followed by 18 bbls Neat Latex Acid Resistive cement, to resqueeze the perforations. Placed a total of 42 bbls of cement behind pipe at 2100 psi maximum squeeze pressure & held for 30 minutes. Contaminated cement w/biozan & jetted cement from wellbore to 9270' MD. POOH w/CT. Rigged down. 5/21/93: MIRU & PT equipment. RIH w/CT mounted milling assembly & milled cement from 9261' to' 9342' MD while circulating biozan for cleanout. Lost bit & shaft off assembly at 9342' MD. POOH w/CT. Rigged down. 5/22/93: MIRU & PT equipment. RIH w/overshot & latched bit/shaft fish. POOH w/entire fish. RD. 5/23/93: MIRU & PT equipment. RIH w/CT & jetted fill from 9321' to hard cement at 9337' MD, then ran CT mounted milling assembly & milled cement from 9337' to 9342' MD, while circulating biozan for cleanout. Broke through cement at 9342' MD, then jetted sand from wellbore to 9380' MD to uncover the open perforation interval (listed above). 5/25/93: RIH & tagged bottom at 9383' MD.
